ACSP ID Verification

We provide identity verification in accordance with UK Companies House requirements for Authorised Corporate Service Providers (ACSPs), covering directors, PSCs, and other relevant individuals.

Verification is carried out using secure digital processes. We aim to complete checks within 24 hours, subject to receipt of all required information. The fee is £100 per individual.

How It Works

1. Complete the form
   Fill in our online form with the required personal details.
2. Pay the £100 fee
   An invoice will be emailed to you. Verification will begin once payment of £100 per individual has been received.
3. Identity verification
   Upload the requested identification documents. We carry out identity verification in line with Companies House ACSP requirements using secure digital checks.
4. Verification completed
   Once all required information has been received, we aim to complete verification within 24 hours.
5. Confirmation provided
   You will receive confirmation once the identity check has been completed. Companies House will also send you an email containing your Companies House personal code, which you will need to link your verified identity to their records. Verification records are retained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

For your extra reassurance:
If verification is unsuccessful, we will issue a refund minus £5 to cover administrative costs.

Personal visit (optional):
If you’d prefer, we can arrange a personal visit for a fee starting from £250. Please note that personal visit fees are non-refundable.
